Submission Procedures
Via the Online Thesis Submission System to upload 2 PDF files*:
- (PDF) your full-text thesis with unsigned signature page
- (PDF) signed signature page (authentic signature, digital signature and signature chop are accepted) & signed authorization page
*Please Note:
- DO NOT make a PDF file by scanning the paper copy of your thesis, the resulting file will be very big and difficult to index.
- DO NOT lock the PDF file because staff need insert the signature page.
- You can only access to the Thesis Submission System ON CAMPUS, otherwise you need to access the System through VPN (Virtual Private Network). Please see the guides on How to install Ivanti Secure VPN.
Check the Student Agreement
- to grant the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Library the non-exclusive right to make it available for scholarly use.
