Submission Procedures
Via the Online Thesis Submission System to upload 2 PDF files*:
- (PDF) your full-text thesis with unsigned signature page
- (PDF) signed signature page (authentic signature, digital signature and signature chop are accepted) & signed authorization page
*Please Note:
- Please ensure that the thesis title in the system matches the title in your PDF before submitting.
- DO NOT make a PDF file by scanning the paper copy of your thesis, the resulting file will be very big and difficult to index.
- DO NOT lock the PDF file because staff need insert the signature page.
Check the Student Agreement
- to grant the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Library the non-exclusive right to make it available for scholarly use.
