What is LaTex

(usually pronounced “LAY teck,” sometimes “LAH teck,” and never “LAY tex”) LaTeX is an open source document markup language used for documents requiring the TeX typesetting program. The typographical output of TeX is particularly good for mathematical and scientific publications.
